CapitalF is a privately held investment and development platform operating across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. We identify, develop, and manage assets in sectors that form the productive foundations of modern economies: civil and digital infrastructure, real estate, AI systems, and renewable energy.
Our approach is selective. We deploy capital where we have genuine technical and market understanding, favour long-duration opportunities over short-cycle trades, and hold a strong bias toward assets with enduring utility and clear social purpose.
We work with institutional partners, landowners, developers, and government bodies to originate and structure investments that would otherwise be difficult to access. Our value is not just in the capital we deploy, but in the expertise and relationships we bring to each engagement.
We evaluate every opportunity against clear return thresholds and risk criteria. We do not chase cycles.
Our investment horizons are typically 7–15 years. We build for permanence, not short-term optionality.

We invest in the physical systems that underpin economic activity: transport corridors, utilities, water infrastructure, and the site preparation required to enable regional development. This includes greenfield and brownfield works across metropolitan and non-urban areas.
Strategic acquisition, entitlement, and development of land and built assets with strong locational fundamentals. We focus on sites where zoning, infrastructure, or market conditions create durable value, particularly at the interface of urban growth corridors and infrastructure investment.
We invest in the physical and operational infrastructure required for AI and digital systems: purpose-built compute facilities, edge data centres, fibre backhaul networks, and the power systems that support them. This is infrastructure in the most literal sense — not software, but the facilities and energy required to run it.
Focused on the generation, storage, and distribution assets required for a high-renewables grid. We prioritise projects with strong grid integration, power purchase agreements, and co-location opportunities with energy-intensive infrastructure assets.
Our primary operating market. We are active across eastern Australia — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and regional corridors — as well as selected New Zealand opportunities. We have established relationships with local and state government bodies, major landowners, and institutional co-investors across the region.
